where we ride

biking morzine

Want to ride your bike on some of the world’s best trails? Discover secret singletrack, swooping descents and technical trails? Mountain biking Morzine Les-Gets is the holiday for you! Mtb trails in Morzine and Les Gets are unrivalled in terms of easily accessible world class trails.

A mountain biking holiday in Morzine means biking, biking and more biking! The Portes du Soleil region has miles and miles of waymaked singletrack trails, nineteen dedicated downhill runs, and even more hidden gems only the locals know about.

The lift system carries you and your bike up the hills, allowing you respite before the next breathtaking decent.

our service

A flowmtb bike holiday means three things: An excellent place to stay, amazing food to keep you fueled up, and fantastic riding. Our Morzine Chalet is slap bang in the centre of town and we can accommodate up to 17 of you at once. Find out more here. And see photos here. Food is another passion of ours (a close second to biking) - so you can be sure that you'll be well fed. There's a whole page dedicated to food right here.

Chalet la Musardiere operates on a flexi-stay basis - arrive or leave on any date you want. All prices listed are for full week stays, contact us for a quote for shorter stays.

Guiding

We are also able to arrange mountain bike guiding with a fully qualified French guide. The French authorities have stopped British qualified guides working in the area so we use the fantastic local guides many of our guests rode with this year and in 2007. This means that you get a mountain bike guide to show you the trails and a fully qualified instructor who can help you make the most of them and come away riding more confidently!

You can book a guide privately for your group or join other guests. Just let us know how many days you want, what kind of riding, and your experience and we'll try to get a group together. This is available from 40 euros per person per day, depending on numbers.

If you prefer to find your own way, we can supply you with marked maps, route guides and a GPS with pre-planned routes for you to follow at your own pace.PLus of course advise you on what Morzine mtb trails we reckon you'll like!

And don't forget about our day trips to Chamonix and our Cabin fever and Swiss Commuting trips. If you want to make your holiday a little longer and try riding more of the Alps check out our Italian Alps trip.

If you're looking for self-catered accommodation in Morzine try Independent Mountain Holidays.

Our prices

We decided to keep our prices the same in 2009 as in 2008. Why? Well we know times aren't easy for lots of people at the moment, but you still want to get a holiday in. We hope this helps you come back or come out on your first Morzine mountain biking holiday! We're also offering flexi stays for anyone not able to come out for a full week or for anyone wanting to take advantage of cheaper mid-week flights.

What's more we're giving everyone coming on a full week stay (starting on any date) a free flowmtb tee.
